GREEN WOLF Supply Chain & Sustainability, founded by Wolf Liebchen, is a consulting practice aimed at helping companies to determine and reduce their supply chain carbon footprint. This includes strategic supply chain decisions, tactical efficiency enhancements, project management, and customer training/ workshops. Wolf also helps clients set up green programs and guides them on the path towards a more resource conscious future. In the classic supply chain arena, Green Wolf advises clients how to improve their reverse logistics/ service parts logistics activities, design & manage requests for proposal, and improve on supply chain processes.
After graduating with honors from the University of Bamberg, Germany in 1992 with a business degree in supply chain & marketing, comparable to a Master’s degree, Wolf has worked in a variety of areas, including OEM's (Minolta), third party logistics providers (DHL, Horizon), and supply chain consulting, both in Europe and in the US. Wolf has closely worked with supply chain customers in various industries, mainly in telecommunications, semiconductors/ semiconductor equipment, hi-tech/ electronics, and medical equipment. His deep global supply chain experience includes transportation (all modes), warehousing, reverse logistics/ service parts, RFQ management, and lead logistics provider solutions. Additionally he is a sustainability pioneer, especially in the field of carbon emissions, where he was named co-inventor on a patent for a transport emissions calculator. Since 2007 Wolf has focused on sustainability and green supply chains, which lead to the creation of Green Wolf.
